Director – Business Operations
With over 16 years of experience, Nick is a well-seasoned business process advisor and enterprise solution architect.
He has deep experience with numerous technologies such as Service Management, CRM, ERP, SaaS, web, and native mobile apps. Additional experience delivering solutions for various industries including HVAC, Construction, E-commerce, Retail, Semiconductor, Heavy Equipment, Travel and Home Improvement. Beyond consulting and systems implementation, Nick has spent time as both a Senior Product and Project Manager.
Originally from Northern California, he now resides in Austin, Texas with stints in South Africa and New Zealand.
Nick’s education includes a double major BS in Information Systems and Organizational Management from CSU, Chico, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. Along with a Master’s of International Business from the University of Auckland.
