VP SERVICE STRATEGIST

Chris Westlake serves as Executive Service Strategy Advisory lead for Accrete where he supports our service practice, providing strategic, commercial and operational expertise to help companies improve customer satisfaction and accelerate profitable services growth.

Chris has 25+ years of global experience building high-performance teams and driving consistent double-digit profitable growth in the Service industry for multiple privately-held and Fortune 500 companies such as Danaher and Rockwell Automation.  Chris recently served as VP & GM of Service for RK, the Rocky Mountain Region’s largest mechanical construction and services company with over 2,000 employees and growing. Prior to RK, he served as VP Global Services for a Vector Capital portfolio company, Director of Service & Support for Hach Company (Danaher) and COO for Industrial Control Repair, one of the largest privately held third-party automation and robotics Services companies in North America.  Chris began his career at Rockwell Automation where over 17 years he served in various roles including Plant Manager, Manager of Strategic Services Outsourcing and Manager of Global Repair.

Chris has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from Marquette University. He is trained in Danaher Business System and certified as a Lean Master (Blackbelt) and Six Sigma Greenbelt.   He is a frequent Service industry speaker and author and has served as an Advisory Board member for The Service Council, WBR Field Service, Aberdeen Group and Association of Support Professionals.
