VP SERVICE STRATEGIST

Chris Westlake serves as Accrete’s Executive Service Strategy Advisory lead. He supports our service practice by providing strategic, commercial, and operational expertise to help companies improve customer satisfaction and accelerate profitable service growth.

Chris has 25+ years of global Service and Support transformation and leadership experience, developing effective business strategies, building high-performance commercial and operational teams and leveraging systems, processes and technology for multiple privately-held and Fortune 500 companies such as Danaher, Medtronic, Rockwell Automation, Generac and Genpact. His experience includes strategy consulting, data-driven Service transformation, BPO/digital operations, GenAI solutions, systems and technology.

Chris served as VP & GM of Service for RK, the Rocky Mountain Region’s largest mechanical construction and services company with over 2,000 employees and growing. He also served as Director of Service Process and Digital Transformation for Generac, Director of Service for Hach Company (Danaher) and COO for Industrial Control Repair, one of the largest privately held third-party automation, mechanical and robotics Services companies in North America. Chris began his career at Rockwell Automation, where for over 17 years he served in various roles including Plant Manager, Manager of Strategic Services Outsourcing and Manager of Global Repair.

Chris has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from Marquette University. He is trained in Danaher Business System and certified as a Lean Master (Blackbelt) and Six Sigma Greenbelt. He is a frequent Service industry speaker and author, and an Advisory Board member for The Service Council and WBR Field Service.
