Accrete’s experience with FSM

Accrete’s leadership team’s experience with field service management processes and enabling applications date back more than 25 years. It included a deployment of a service management solution at Synopsys in 2002, a warranty repair strategy and process overhaul, followed by an implementation at Apple, a number of large scale field service management implementations at enterprise-level customers.

Since 2008, as Accrete, we have assisted companies with service strategies, process improvements, and application implementations that included global roll-outs to thousands of field techs for leading companies like KLA-Tencor, Intuitive Surgical, a number of CAT dealers, and leading HVAC companies.

In 2023, Accrete became the first certified implementation partner for NextService (now  NetSuite FSM – Field Service Management since the acquisition by Oracle). Accrete Consulting is still the leading NetSuite implementation partner, with as of May 2024 having implemented more FSM projects than all the other NetSuite partners combined.  Our customers range from companies with as little as 10 field techs, to an organization with more than 1400 field users on NetSuite’s platform.

We have developed and deployed add-on functionality for NetSuite customers in several industries, as well as complex capabilities including managing service/maintenance contracts and entitlements. Through our partnership with Appify, we can add micro-apps to cover a wide range of additional, personalized features for customers using NetSuite, SAP and more.
